Imperial Postal stationery card with 3k.indicium cancelled with St. Petersburg geometric "8" and CDS dated 28th January 1892. Moscow transit, TPO and Dankov Imperial CDS’s all dated 30th January.

The item was handed over to the local Zemstvo post who applied an undated oval postage due handstamp: VZYSKAT'' / D.Z.P. [To Pay / D(ankovskoi) Z(emskoi) P(ochtiy)] with "3k.", entered in manuscript
