I would be interested in corresponding with collectors of Russian censorship marks used on Civilian & POW mail 1914 – 1919 in the hope of bringing Antoine Speeckaert’s excellent book “Russian Postal Censorship 1914-1918” up to date and also to combine resources in researching the subject. If anyone knows of any collectors who do not have access to this forum I would greatly appreciate if they could inform them of this request.

      Many thanks.
